Availability and Prices
We list availability information for books sold by us on the website. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that — they are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by email if any products you order turn out to be unavailable and you will be refunded.
Returns Policy
We are confident that you will love the way our books read, and will do our best to make sure that what you ordered is exactly what you receive.
If for some reason you receive a different book to the one you ordered, we are more than happy to offer you a full refund, or to exchange it for a book of the same value.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@greenfieldspress.com within 7 days of receiving your order, quoting your order reference number.
Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel the contract for the online purchase of any goods within 7 days of delivery. To cancel a contract, please contact us at hello@greenfieldspress.com within seven days of receipt, quoting your order reference number and the reason for cancellation.
Once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation, we will refund the purchase price within 30 days. This will not affect your statutory rights in any way.

We promise to treat complaints in a fair, confidential, effective and speedy manner. We acknowledge all complaints within 5 working days and will keep you informed of their progress. These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.

When you place an order to purchase a product from greenfieldspress.com, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents a confirmed contract with us.
