Our Commitment
We are confident you will find real value in your Greenfields Press book. Every title has been written, edited, and produced with care. If something goes wrong with your order, we will do our best to make it right.
Refunds
Because our books are delivered as digital files, we are generally unable to offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and the file delivered. However, if you have received the wrong book, or if there is a technical problem with your file, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will either resend the correct file or issue a full refund.
Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not yet downloaded or accessed the digital file. To cancel, please contact us at hello@greenfieldspress.com within 7 days, quoting your order reference. We will process your refund within 30 days of receiving your cancellation request. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have been told a refund is on its way and have not received it, please first check your bank account and contact your card provider, as processing times vary. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
